HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS- Based on attendance, classes may be changed or added to the current monthly schedule. All classes are beginner to advanced level-unless otherwise noted. Ages 13 and older are welcome. All instructors are certified. Please call the Fitness Coordinator for any questions you may have about these classes 330-405-5757. CLASSES: Abs & More: Conditioning exercises for the torso and abdominal area, lower back and other large muscle groups, may include some cardio. Aqua Challenge: Experience the training intensity of both shallow and deep water exercise. Buoyance belts are worn during the deep water workout. This class is designed for the adult who is experienced in water exercise, or has no fear of the deep water. It is a self-paced, but intense cardio and muscular water workout. Aqua Lunar: Incorporates cardio, strength and agility. A warm up and cardio portion followed by movements with various types of aqua gear and ending with stretching, so you will go home relaxed. No swimming skills are necessary, mostly shallow water. Aqua Yoga/Pilates: Come and experince a mind-body class in a zero-gravity environment. This class will improve your core strength and balance with a mix of Pilates and Yoga in the water. Aqua Zumba: Shake, shimmy and sizzle in the water as we create some heat, Zumba style. Definitely not your typical water workout. Participants must bring a bathing suit and towel. Big Ball Buster: A high energy blend of Pilates, Yoga and Cardio using small and large stability balls. Boot Camp Fit: An aggressive, military style, circuit workout featuring high intensity conditioning, plyometric training and power moves that will challenge your body and mind. Circuits: Get ready to "pump up your body" with our new Circuit class. This class will keep you moving and motivated by rotating through a series of timed "circuits" or stations. During this workout we will target and challenge your muscle groups, and build up your endurance by using all types of exercise apparatus and various cardio drills. Cardio Sculpt: Strengthing and sculpting exercises using the stability ball, weights, body bar and resistance tubing. Gentle Yoga: Incorporates calming gental warm-up poses, active easy postures to improve strength and flexibility and cool down movements which balance and reintegrate the body, mind and spirit. G.O.'s Ultimate Kick: A challenging cardio class with high and low intervals of step, plyometrics, kickboxing, basic cardio, and strength moves for a high calorie buring, total body workout. During the warm months, participants can expect to workout outside, and to be pushed to their limits. Half & Half: Shallow and Deep, total body workout, with high and low intensity combining yoga and pilates based exercises. Hi/Low: This high-energy cardio, fat burning workout combines the best of hi/low along with the addition of weights and abdominal work for toning and strength. Hydro Fitness: A total body workout in the water,. Improve strength, flexibility, cardio, endurance and body compositioni. No swimming required. Kickboxing: Condition the body with traditional Martial Arts and the fundamentals of boxing. Inner Bliss Yoga: Through stretching, breathing and meditation, this class will give you the time you need to relax. Move n' Shake: An energetic aqua class designed to keep your body moving! No Boundries: A run oriented training program. Pilates: Learn core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength and flexibility training. Exercise balls and bands will be used. Power Circuit: Power Flex: A class focused on weightlifting, muscle developing, total body transformation class. A special emphasis would be on correct form and techniques for weight lifting. Power Yoga: Flow through a series of yoga poses synchronized with breath. Various combinations of poses are utilized to increase strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. S-I-C-C: Strength Intervals with Cardio & Core. A mix of high intensity workouts designed to work all of your major muscles. All fitness levels welcome. Step Interval: Alternates intervals of step training & multi impact aerobics. Strength & Step: 30 minutes of step and 30 minutes strenght training and abs. Sunset Yoga: A series of gentle stretches to energize the body as everyone will be tired after a days work. There will also be some deep breathing exercises to help improve the oxygen level of blood and a final relaxation to calm the mind. T-BOW: This is a low impact yet high calorie burning and fat melting workout simultaneously trains your core, balance, cardio, strength, coordination and flexibility at once like no other while encouraging joint health. Total Body Toning: An Overall muscular training class utilizing step, weights & bands. Water Circuit: Shallow and Deep, total body workout with high & low intensity combining yoga and pilates based exercises. Water Workout: Move through a shallow water workout that travles you through water with intensity and control. This water exercise class is a total body workout, especially helping to strengthen muscles of the abdominal wall and back. Water Works challenges you to physically, while letting you leave the pool refreshed and invigorated. This is a safe and effective workout designed to be fun an enjoyed by all. Wellness Yoga: Relax, de-stress your body & mind with easy Hatha postures, Pranayana (Breathing), and yoga nidra (Meditation) that will enable you to achieve total health. Great for beginners. Z-Box Fitness: blends hippest dancemoves from yesterday and today, mixed with basic boxing moves. Complete Z-Box's total body workout with a host of resistance training & Z.E.N (Zone Envision Nature). It is a quicker way to get fit, lose weights, lose fat and be super charged for optimal fitness. Zumba w/ Dana: Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique latin moves and rhythms. Zumba Tone: Blend of Body Sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie burning, strenght training class using 1-3 pound weights. 20/20/20: 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes if toning with weights.

Silver Sneaks Muscle Strenght & Range of Motion (MSROM): Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercise designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights , elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Silver Sneakers II Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strenght work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated wit non-impac aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxion. Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch: Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxion will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Silver Sneakers Silver Splash: Meets in the shallow area of the pool. Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety. Offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special Silver Sneakers Kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
