HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS. Based on attendance, classes may be changed or added to the current monthly schedule. All classes are beginner to advanced level-unless otherwise noted. Ages 13 and older are welcome. All instructors are certified. Please call the Fitness Coordinator for any questions you may have about these classes 330-405-5757 ext. 5133.
PICK UP THE MONTHLY AEROBICS SCHEDULE AT THE FITNESS CENTER.
Classes:
Baby Trek & Tone-Intervals of walking, jogging, light weights and band work all with baby in the stroller. Meets on the track.
Exercise Ball Conditioning -Improve muscle stability, strength and endurance with this inflatable ball class.
Core Basics-Cardio training, strength & conditioning. A great overall workout!
Greg’s Kickboxing-Combine the traditions of martial arts with the fundamentals of boxing to condition the entire body.
Rock Bottom Cardio Express-Lower body conditioning exercises with a little cardio training.
Senior Health Walk & Talk-Join us for stretching & walking with periodic stops of strength training around the track.
Step Interval-Alternates intervals of step training & multi impact aerobics.
Track-n-Tensity-Intervals of walking & running combined with strength training. Meets on the track area.
Total Body Toning-An overall muscular training class utilizing step, weights & bands.
Water Aerobics:
Morning/Evening Aqua Fitness with Paula - Half & Half
23 minutes in the shallow water and 22 minutes in the deep equals one challenging pool class incorporating both strength and cardiovascular workout for those 16 and older.
Saturday Aqua Aerobics
This class is designed for those who love the water and want to receive a total body workout. This class will help you improve your muscular strength, flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance and body composition. No swimming required. Instructor: Lori Waryk
