Twinsburg Trailblazer Volunteers
The Trailblazer volunteer group has come to be a valuable asset to the nature programs in the City of Twinsburg. Their enthusiasm and talent has provided a means to accomplish tasks that make our parks better in many subtle and not so subtle ways.
For the Twinsburg naturalist, the Trailblazers are a necessity. They know the importance of natural areas to the quality of life in the community and actively participate to improve and protect these areas. As their roles expand they have become some of Twinsburg’s best ambassadors, often relating to the public about what Twinsburg has to offer in our parks.
Recently, some of the Trailblazers have also become volunteers for the Metro Parks Serving Summit County. By doing so, they’ll be able to participate in the evolution of Liberty Park and the Pond Brook Conservation Area, firsthand.
If you’d like to join this group of active people, please call the Twinsburg Naturalist at (330) 963-8704. To become a volunteer for the Metro Parks, Serving Summit County, call (330) 864-3006.
