Registered Contractors
The City of Twinsburg cannot recommend a contractor, however, we do provide a list of those who are registered with the City. Registered contractors must meet the following requirements specified by City ordinance:

• Fill out a Registration Application
• Pay a $75.00 registration fee.
• Maintain a performance bond in the amount of $10,000.
• Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with bodily injury $1,000,000/$300,000 and property damage $50,000.00 coverage and naming the City of Twinsburg as an additionally insured and certificate holder
• Submit evidence of County and State licensing where required.
• Complete a tax questionaire

Please note that the insurance and/or bonding requirement of a contractor DOES NOT protect the homeowner in any way. Your relationship with a contractor is a contractual one beyond the building Department's jurisdiction.
