Building Division
The Building Division provides plan reviews, investigates complaints related to zoning or property maintenance issues, and is responsible for the neighborhood preservation program.

Economic Development
The Economic Development Division is responsible for business retention efforts, tax incentive programs, and promotion of the city to businesses and industry.

Engineering Division
The Engineering Division is responsible for design, construction, and inspection of public improvements, prevailing wage coordinator, reviewing commercial and residential site plans, National Pollution Discharge Elimination Permit System Phase 2 compliance, street tree programs, flood plain administration, and storm water management.

Finance Department
The Finance Department ensures fiscal accountability and an accurate presentation of the city’s financial status. Specifically, the department is responsible for safeguarding records of all assets and liabilities.

The Fire Department's mission is to improve the quality of life within the community by continuing to protect and preserve life while conserving property utilizing specialized skills and compassion. We will accomplish this mission while maintaining a high regard for the safety and health of our personnel.

Gleneagles Golf Club
Gleneagles Golf Course consists of a challenging 18-hole course, measuring over 6,500 yards from the blue tees. The Course requires accurate shot-making, due to the water hazards on eleven of the holes. There are also over 20 bunkers on the golf course. A professional golf staff and fully stocked pro shop with clothing and equipment also compliment the facility well. For these reasons, Gleneagles was ranked number 14 on a recent listing of the area’s most challenging golf courses in the “Small Business News” as well as #8 on the top 10 places to go for business golf by Inside Business.

Human Resources
The Department of Human Resources is responsible for providing personnel services to all city departments and employees. These services encompass the functions of labor relations, recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, workers compensation, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

Law Department
The Law Director acts as the legal advisor and attorney for the city and for all officers, boards, and commissions of the city. The Law Director represents the city or its officers in their official capacities in any action or proceedings in any court of law and shall perform such other duties as may be required by the Mayor or City Council.

Parks & Recreation
Twinsburg Parks and Recreation consists of the Community Center, Fitness Center, Senior Center, and Water Park. Twinsburg Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of programming and special events to suit you and your family's needs.

Planning Division
The Planning Division of the Department of Community Planning and Development provides long-term and short-term land use planning, planning commission support, development reviews, and zoning and development assistance.

Public Works
The primary function of the Public Works Department is to ensure that high quality maintenance of existing infrastructure occurs to produce a high level of customer service. The department ensures that the city is meeting state and federal reporting requirements and regulations for the wastewater plant, collection, and distribution systems.
