News From Our Fire Department

With a new year comes change and Twinsburg Fire is excited to announce some adjustments to our organ

With a new year comes change and Twinsburg Fire is excited to announce some adjustments to our organization:

Lieutenant John Dunn, a 28 year veteran of the department has transitioned over to the fire prevention bureau as a full-time inspector and fire investigator.  John’s assignment comes as a result of two retirements in the bureau over the past few years.

Newly promoted Lieutenant Michael Perlatti received the oath of office from Mayor Ted Yates today.  Mike has been with Twinsburg Fire since 2004 and assumes the open spot left vacant from Lieutenant Dunn’s move into fire prevention.  Congratulations Lieutenant Perlatti!

We also welcome our newest full-time firefighter/paramedic, Daniel Woll to our staff.  Dan comes to Twinsburg Fire after serving nearly four years with the Warren Fire Department in Trumbull County.  He is also a part-time member of the Brunswick Hills Fire Department for nine years. Welcome to the family, Dan!

Lieutenant Perlatti and firefighter/paramedic Woll will be ceremoniously sworn-in prior to the next council meeting on January 12th in the presence of family and friends.
