After you have completed the medical plan enrollment process with Human Resources. You should expect to receive your card approximately 1-2 weeks after you enroll. Replacements cards can be ordered online by signing into your Medical Mutual account at www.medmutual.com.

No, employees that have the option of receiving health insurance from a spouse’s employer or another offered plan and who choose to “opt out” of the City’s healthcare insurance shall be compensated as follows:
