Exterior Point of Sale

The City of Twinsburg operates an exterior only point-of-sale inspection of All Residential and Commercial properties . This inspection covers exterior elements of the property & building and is conducted referencing standards set forth in the earliest addition of the International Property Maintenance Code’s Chapter 3 Sections 302, 303, and 304. The purpose of the inspection is to encourage adequate property maintenance and to preserve property values in the community. It is important to schedule an inspection in a timely manner so that if any violations are determined they can be corrected or assumed prior to closing. Please allow 5-7 Business days for any inspection or re-inspection. 

International Property Maintenance Code

The city’s Housing Applications are available via the online permitting portal. GovWell's Software Suite allows you to easily track, manage, and automate your applications with the City of Twinsburg. In order to complete an on line application you will need to create an account. This simply means you need to create an account with an email address. No password's are required.
