Police records and traffic crash reports can be obtained at the records window located in the main lobby of the Twinsburg Police Department. The Records Bureau is responsible for processing the paperwork and related information generated by the Twinsburg Police Department, including arrest reports, accident reports, officers' reports, and statistical information. They also work with insurance companies and individuals that need verification of theft, vandalism, or accidents.
The Records Bureau is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 7:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
Copies of reports that are less than ten pages are free of charge. For reports that are more than ten pages the price is as follows:
Black and white copies of documents are $.06 per page, and color copies are $.10 per page.
